Our Company History
The Captain of the HMS Lornty during the mid to late 1800’s was John Flynn who later settled in Seattle Washington in the 1890’s with his wife and children. One of his daughters Evelyn married William O’Connell who along with Captain Flynn formed Lornty Investment Company. Captain Flynn with his passion for adventure talked his son-in-law into developing residential lots in North Seattle which they then sold using seller financing. Lornty went on to own commercial buildings and hotels. Four generations later Lornty is still taking care of customers in need of Real Estate Expertise & Financing.
