Our loans are typically between $50,000 to $1,000,000 with terms ranging from 6 months to 36 months. PROPERTY TYPE: Single Family Residence (Non Owner Occupied), Commercial, Multi-Family, Rehab, Construction, Land

LOAN TYPE: Investment or Business Purpose Loans – No Owner-Occupied or Consumer Loans

LOAN AMOUNTS: $50,000 to $1,000,000

LOAN TO VALUE: Flexible, up to 65% of Lender’s assessed value – cross-collateral may be used to support LTV requirements – with cash down purchases the LTV can be increased

LOAN TO COST: Typically up to 75% – will accept cross-collateral to support TLV/LTC requirements

SECURITY: First liens position on the deed of trust, in some cases second lien positon on deed of trust is considered

BORROWER TYPE: Individual, Trust, LLC, Corporation, Estate, Partnership

RATES: 7.9% to 13.9%

LOAN FEES: 2 to 5 points

PREPAYMENT: None, in most cases

LOAN TERM(S): Typically 6 to 36 months, extension options available
